It was west of Uppsala that the driver chose not to stop at the policeman’s sign. A police chase then began which, according to the police, took place at high speeds.
On county road 282, east of Uppsala, the car overturned. In it were three young people under the age of 18.
– They were awake and talkative but had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. I don’t know what the damage situation looks like now, says police spokesperson Angelica Israelsson Silfver.
The three are suspected of negligence in traffic, illegal driving and not having stopped at a policeman’s sign.
