(Finance) – In the month of November, 1,014,630 cars were registered in Western Europe (EU+EFTA+UF), with a 17.4% increase compared to the same month of 2021. The final balance for the first eleven months of the year is still negative.
According to the data of theAcea, the association of European manufacturers, registrations were in fact 10,196,115 with a decrease of 5.8% compared to the same period of 2021.
Most of the markets in the region contributed positively to this overall growth, including the four largest. The strongest increase was observed in Germany (+31.4%), followed by Italy (+14.7%), Spain (+10.3%) and France (+9.8%).
Stellantis in November it marks a decrease of 1.1% year on year with a contraction of the market share to 18.1% from 21.3% for 149,979 cars sold from 151,653 in November 2021. In the 11 months, the group has sold 1,674. 373 cars, a drop of 14.7% compared to the same period of 2021 and a market share down to 20% from 22%.
