Auto Urso there are all the conditions for a transition

(Finance) – Based on data published by Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportia November 2023 have been registered 139,278 cars in the face of 119,871 registrations recorded in the same month of the previous year, equal to an increase of 16.19%. THE ownership transfers instead there were 469,979 compared to 415,438 passages recorded in November 2022, with an increase of 13.13%. The global monthly sales volume, equal to 609,257 units, involved 22.86% new cars and 77.14% used cars.

The total of registrations in the first 11 months reaches 1,455,271 units, up 20.1% compared to 1,211,808 in the same period in 2022, with a difference of more than 243,500 cars, but over 321,000 less than January-November 2019 (-18.1%).

Second Gian Primo Quaglianopresident of Promoter Study Center, registrations in 2023 will stand at 1,576,000. The pre-pandemic level, which was and is the objective to be achieved, therefore remains distant. The November economic survey conducted by the Promotor Study Center on a representative sample of dealers highlights that sales 2023 were essentially held back by three factors: the economic situation of families aggravated by the reduction in purchasing power due to inflation, the decidedly high levels reached by price lists and the general economic situation. The situation for sales appears particularly critical electric cars whose share in Italy is close to 4% compared to 15.2% in Western Europe.

“The penultimate month of the year also closes with growing registrations for the Italian car market (+16.2%) – he states Roberto Vavassori, President of ANFIA – The positive trend of the cumulative January-November compared to the previous year is therefore confirmed, without prejudice to the significant distance compared to pre-pandemic volumes (-18% on January-November 2019). As we enter the last month of 2023 today, we can now reasonably confirm that the closure of the Italian car market will stand at approximately 1,580,000 total registrations (approximately +20% compared to 2022). At the end of the year, the final balance of the 2023 car ecobonus shows a surplus of around 300 million euros, which, moreover, adds to the 250 million remaining fromecobonus 2022 and not yet reallocated. A sign that the incentives for the purchase of green cars, also planned for 2024, must be remodeled and made more attractive for consumers, so that their choices are gradually oriented in the same direction as the objectives of decarbonisation of mobility that the EU has established”.

Stellantis closed the month of November with registrations growing by 9.8% to 40,808 units.
