The traffic accident occurred at 6 pm on county road 656 at Kycklingedalen in Stenungssund.
– It is a single accident. There is a height difference from the road where the car ended up, says Mikael Lindgren, alarm and line operator to TV4 Nyheterna.
Unclear state of damage
Two passengers had to be cut free from the car.
The extent of the damage is unclear.
The road was closed during the rescue work. According to the Swedish Transport Administration, traffic is expected to be affected until 8pm on Sunday.
