Alarms about the accident came just before midnight on Friday night. The car was found in the ditch with triggered airbags, but the driver did not appear. Track led out to the water on the sea ice.
A large rescue operation with rescue services and sea rescue began, as well as police with dog patrol.
At 06 o’clock, the search was canceled that was without success. The police write that they suspect that the man has been in the water.
A notification of the missing person has been established. Relatives have been notified.
