Car driven into German Christmas market

A vehicle has driven straight into the Christmas market and injured several people – where one person has died.

The attack took place in Magdeburg, southwest of Berlin in Germany, which German government spokesman Matthias Schuppe confirmed to the radio channel MDR and other media.
