A truck and a car have collided on national highway 95 northwest of Skellefteå, the police say.
Two people are involved in the accident. One of them has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
The person is seriously injured. The other person should be uninjured, says Andreas Norberg, healthcare manager at the ambulance in Skellefteå, to SVT News Västerbotten.
– We also have some kind of emission at the site and it appears to be diesel, says Angelica Bergman operator of the Rescue Service.
Both the truck and the car have now been recovered from the scene of the accident.
