Candy people is recalling several flavors of the candy variety S brands. According to the company, the products may contain wood particles and chips.
The recall applies to the following flavors and best before dates:
S brand Supersalta with best before date 2026-09-24
S brand Blueberry/melon with best before date 2026-09-15
S brand Colasura with best before date 20-08-2026
S brand sour foam with best before date 2026-09-23
Candy people states that since the 1960s the products have been manufactured using traditional methods such as the use of wooden troughs for casting and that production has now been stopped for a review of the equipment.
