When you turn 15 in Sweden, you can get a driver’s license for a so-called EU moped or A-tractor.
These are slow-moving vehicles with a top speed of 45 km/h and 30 km/h respectively, which are not welcome on motorways and motorways.

Not only that it is allowed for 16-year-olds to practice driving a car on the motorway.
There is actually a driver’s license that you can get in Sweden that gives you access to the motorways already at the age of 16 without a supervisor.
The driving license in question is called A1, and is the authorization required to drive a light motorcycle.
A light motorcycle has an engine with a displacement of no more than 125 cc, a net power not exceeding 11 kW, and a net power to curb weight ratio not exceeding 0.1 kW per kilogram.
Light motorcycles are, just like larger motorcycles, welcome on motorways and motorways.
