The clip of Korean streamer “Bossberry” went viral on Twitch. A viewer asked her if she could help him find a girlfriend. His mother would be very happy. The answer was short: “No, as long as you’re watching me, that’s impossible.”

The streamer read out a chat message from “TrayHatter” on the Twitch streamer: “Berry, can you help me find a girlfriend please, I would really appreciate that. That would make my mother happy.”

Without a second’s hesitation, the streamer replied.

How successful is the clip? With this short interaction, the clip has reached more than 100,000 views on Twitch alone and has also been discussed on reddit.

Wwhy is this clip so popular? The clip apparently hits a “self-mortification” urge among many Twitch viewers.

According to the motto: If you watch strange women on Twitch, you’re such a nerd that you’ll never get a real girlfriend. They wouldn’t understand how you can watch “Just Chatting” women.

The clip is discussed in the reddit forum:
