As Deadpool 3 hits theaters on July 24, Ryan Reynolds has responded to some of the wildest rumors surrounding the film.

It’s been a long time since a Marvel movie has generated so much anticipation and curiosity. On Wednesday, July 24, superhero movie fans will be able to head to theaters to discover Deadpool & Wolverinethe third installment of the franchise led by Ryan Reynolds, in which Hugh Jackman puts on the costume he abandoned since Logan. Logically, this new Marvel production, bringing together two iconic heroes of the MCU, is being closely scrutinized by spectators.

And like Marvel and the movies Dead Pool have accustomed us to it in the past, we can expect surprises in this new film. Some are betting on cameos, while even crazier rumors are fueling the web. In a press conference from London, the film’s team was also asked about the craziest rumors they heard while they were preparing the film.

The one that struck Ryan Reynold the most is particularly surprising. Indeed, some announced on social networks that King Charles III, crowned King of England following the death of his mother Elizabeth II, would be in the film. Deadpool & Wolverine. “When we heard it, we asked ourselves: can we really do it? Can we make this rumor real?” Director Shawn Levy confirmed that the strange rumor has been discussed, “but we can neither confirm nor deny whether we’ve followed up on it.”

While a cameo from Charles III, who has been suffering from health problems since the beginning of 2024, seems too crazy to be true, Marvel has already managed to surprise fans in the past, and Princes William and Harry had played Stormtroopers in a film Star Wars.
