After the school massacre on Tuesday at Campus Risbergska, the municipality now announces that the school will be closed all next week.
Instead, the focus will be on crisis support.
“What will happen, on the other hand, is conversation and crisis support for all staff and all students in the coming week,” Anita Lindgren writes communication strategy at Örebro Municipality to TV4 News.
Due to the police investigation, the chairman of the municipal council John Johansson expects that it will not be possible to conduct adult education at Campus Risbergska for a very long time to come.
The municipality reviews the possibility of resuming operations in other premises.
The mass murderer enrolled at school
Earlier in the day, the police confirmed to TT that the mass murderer Rickard Andersson was previously enrolled in the school – something that Aftonbladet previously reported on.
– We already know that he has been enrolled in the school, that is perhaps a part we want to live in. I cannot say if we land in 400, 500 or more than 500 interrogations. It is actually completely impossible to say right now, says police investigator Anna Bergkvist to the News Agency.
