(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Campariwithin the current authorization for the purchase of treasury shares to be used to service the incentive plans based on financial instruments, resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 12 April 2022, announced that it purchasedfrom 12 to 16 December 2022, overall 26,358 treasury shares at the average price of 9.7759 euros per share for one counter value equal to 257,673.17 euros.
Meanwhile, on the Stock Exchange, the company active in the beverage sector it moves in negative territory and settles at 9.55 euro, with a drop of 3.11%.
