(Finance) – Camparias part of the current authorization for the purchase of treasury shares to be used to service the incentive plans based on financial instruments, approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 12 April 2022, announced that it had purchasedfrom 25 to 29 July 2022, overall 86,374 treasury shares at an average price of € 10.3812 per share for one countervalue equal to 896,666.55 euros.
