(Finance) – Campariwithin the scope of the current authorization for the purchase of own shares to be allocated to the service of incentive plans based on financial instruments, announced that it had purchasedfrom November 11 to 15, 2024, overall 144,766 treasury shares at the average price of 5.9027 euros per share for a countervalue equal to 854,509.34 euros.
Against a maximum number of Campari shares of 8,000,000 to be purchased in execution of the treasury share purchase program announced on 29 October 2024, the Company announces that as of 15 November a total of 352,621 treasury shares had been purchased.
