David Cameron, who on Monday was appointed as the new foreign minister in Great Britain, spoke late on Monday with his American counterpart Antony Blinken, the BBC reports.
The two discussed, according to a post on X, earlier on Twitter “Israel’s right to defend itself and the need for humanitarian pauses” in order to bring aid into Gaza.
They also expressed their support for Ukraine and spoke of the “strength and depth” of the relationship between the two countries.
