The dog walks towards them without waking them up, sticks his nose to smell them and see if they are okay. He then lies down at the foot of their bed to protect them if necessary. Another user commented: “Our animals are our guardian angels.” Some people even wondered if their dog had been trained to do this, to which the mother replied that it was Ludo himself who initiated this ritual. “We were obviously going to check on the children before going to sleep and he started joining us”she said.
