Cambodia has caught the largest freshwater fish to date. Scientists caught a 300-pound skate in the Mekong River in the north in collaboration with local fishermen.
The fish was almost four meters long.

The record was previously held by a 293-pound giant catfish caught in northern Thailand in 2005.
