The national team skiers have been given tighter restrictions on mouth protection and their hygiene. But there is still an imminent risk of new diseases and therefore several of the riders have chosen to isolate themselves before the World Cup in Falun.
– You travel, we eat together but don’t try to hang out too much with the other teams. After all, it is those who are closest to one who are the most dangerous. It’s special. In the end you become like a hermit, they say Moa Lundgrenwho is mostly in his room, to the SportExpress.

Therefore, he has chosen to leave the family and instead isolate himself from them in order not to risk becoming infected.
– Now I’m staying at Scandic here, they’ve been a little sick at home. So I haven’t been at home that much, says Halfvarsson to the evening newspaper.
– If you walk around and are worried then you get sick. I try to be good with masks and hand hygiene.
