Activision has made an official teaser for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Call of Duty: Zombies had been a core part of most games in the series and started with Treyarch’s World at War game. The mod has grown in popularity and content over the years, featuring in more games and expanding its scope to include stories, maps, and even celebrities like Jeff Goldblum, Jon Bernthal, Ron Perlman, and many more. While the trailer seems to hint at the Zombie mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Activision has finally confirmed it and lots of new details in a new post.

Activision also announced different modes

Alongside the gameplay trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Activision has released a detailed post with new information about the three core game modes: multiplayer and zombies. In terms of zombies mode, Modern Warfare 3 has the largest map where players try to fight against a horde of zombies on a huge open world map.

In addition to the map and enemy size, the post reveals that players will experience a “depth and spooky” Dark Aether story within the Modern Warfare universe, with missions spanning different zones on the map, with each region having a different difficulty level. Alongside this news that will delight zombie fans, Activision also hopes to ease the burden of switching to a new Call of Duty title each year with the introduction of the Carry Forward system for Modern Warfare 3.
