Islam is full of festivities and among the muslim holidays the most important of religion are of course Ramadan. This blessed month is besides one of the five pillars of Islam. During this Holy month, Muslims celebrate Eid al-Fitr (feast of breaking the fast). The Ftour of Ramadan, also called Iftar is the meal celebrated on the evening of the fast. We also count the Eid el-Kébir (or Eid al-Adha) which corresponds to the feast of the sacrifice. Remember that the dates of Muslim holidays are calculated according to the Hijri and lunar calendar.
