(Finance) – Cairo Communicationa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and leader of a group of companies operating in the publishing sector, has announced that Stefania Bedogniin consideration of the termination of the employment relationship with RCS MediaGroup and the consequent exit from the group, has rassigned to resign from the position of director.
Bedogni was qualified as executive director of the company in consideration of the position of manager of the subsidiary RCS MediaGroup and the position held in the subsidiary Unidad Editorial, and was not a member of any committee.
