(Finance) – Consob approved the offer document relating to the public purchase offer (Opa) partial volunteer promoted by Cairo Communicationa company listed on Euronext Star Milan and leader of a group of companies operating in the publishing sector, on their own shares.
The adhesion period, agreed with Borsa Italiana, will begin at 8:30 (Italian time) of April 7th 2025 and will end at 17:30 (Italian time) of 7 May 2025 (including extremes), except for extensions. The bidder will recognize each member of the offer a cash fee for each action brought in membership of 2.9 euros.
