(Finance) – SGR and institutional investors have filed minority lists of independent candidates only for the renewal of the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of Cairo communication scheduled for the next ordinary shareholders’ meeting. The managers who presented the lists own approximately 3.1% of the company’s ordinary shares.
The list presented for the board of directors is composed of: Valentina Beatrice Manfredi; Lucia Predolin; Alfonsoluca Adinolfi.
The list presented for the supervisory board it is made up of: Statutory Auditor Michele Paolillo; Alternate Auditor Francesco Brusco.
