A group of drink and drug addicts hang out in a small park at the Lucasbolwerk, in the center of the city, near the theater and many restaurants. This has been the case for years, but in the past year their numbers have increased. They use on the street and in porches, beg, steal and are sometimes aggressive towards passers-by, catering visitors and café staff.
