(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Buzzi Unicemwhich met today, in consideration of the available liquidity and in order to optimize financial charges, resolved to exercise the full early repayment option of the “Buzzi Unicem SpA € 500,000,000 – 2.125% Notes due 28 April 2023” bond loan , issued in 2016 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, pursuant to the Terms & Conditions of the loan itself.
The early repayment of the entire amount of 500,000,000 euros and the related accrued interest will take place on 28 January 2023.
