(Finance) – Buzzi Unicemas part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 7, 2021, announced that it had purchasedbetween 7 and 11 March 2022, overall 1,170,271 treasury sharesat the average price of € 16.3754 for a countervalue equal to 19,163,659.65 euros.
Following the purchases just announced, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as of 11 March Buzzi Unicem holds 4,791,674 treasury ordinary shares equal to 2.488% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the performance of the company active in the cement sectorwhich stands at € 17.92 with an increase of 4.83%.
