An accident occurred on national highway 62 in northern Värmland.
A bus with 75 passengers on board ended up on its side in a ditch.
– Initially, there should not have been any personal injuries, says Angnes Brandth, team leader at SOS Alarm.
The alarm came just before 5 p.m. about an accident in Torsby municipality near the Norwegian border. The emergency services arrived at the scene at 5:30 p.m.
– The emergency services are working to keep a lane open on the road and to prepare the unloading and transfer of the passengers to the other buses, says Nicole Schabo, team leader at SOS Alarm.
At around 8 p.m., SOS Alarm stated that all passengers have been allowed to board replacement buses and initially no injuries should have occurred.
