Bus driver charged after fatal accident on national highway 35

According to the indictment, the man who drove a bus in scheduled traffic caused the accident by falling asleep or being in a tired state that caused him to lose control of the vehicle.

In the accident that occurred on national highway 35, a man in his 60s died when the bus drove into the ditch.

The 26-year-old, who denies any crime, is charged with gross negligence in traffic and grossly causing the death of another. The evidence includes video from a surveillance camera that shows the driver while driving.
