A bus driver was beaten and threatened with death after he confronted a passenger who refused to pay for a ticket.

The bus driver beaten and threatened
The incident occurred at the Skövde travel center on Monday evening.
– He had been hit in the face and the man had also threatened to kill him, says Marlene Blomstation commander at Skövdepolisen, to the newspaper.
The suspected perpetrator fled the scene. The bus driver – who is in his 60s – should not have had to seek medical care.
