The accident occurred at the height of Yttermo, just south of Leksand.
– It should be about a side impact, says police spokesperson Sophia Jiglind.
At first the road was completely blocked, but after a while the traffic could be allowed to pass alternately past the site. At 08.15 the road should be completely open again.
No serious injuries
Two people were involved in the accident, according to the rescue region Bergslagen, but the police state that no one was physically injured.
– It seems calm on the spot, no one should have been injured, more than you are shocked by an event like this, says Sophia Jiglind.
Emergency services and an ambulance were called to the scene, but the ambulance was able to leave without a patient. The police will now investigate whether there are any suspicions of crime in connection with the accident.
