The list of things the woman did to upset the landlord is long. During her time as a resident of the apartment, she has shouted, filmed and disturbed neighbours.
She is also said to have set fire to books, sticks and rubble on her patio several times – something that has led to the emergency services having to move out several times to stop the fire from spreading, which Home & Rent was the first to report on.

Tenant evicted – but refused to move
Parallel to the woman’s recurring fires, the landlord Sjöbohem has tried to evict her. At first they asked the Bailiff for a hand to get her to move, but the woman refused to move out.
The woman then chose to appeal the eviction to the district court, which had to hear the case.
In defense, the woman claimed that it was the neighbors who harassed her, not the other way around. Regarding the fires, she felt she had the right to set fire on her patio, as it is part of her home.
After the court’s decision, it was clear that the woman would be forced to move. According to the verdict, she has been guilty of disturbances of a “particularly serious kind”.

Forced to pay SEK 90,000
But it is not just a move that the woman has in front of her, she will also be forced to pay 90,000 kroner in court costs.
The reason for the expensive bill is that the woman complicated the legal process by submitting many statements that the landlord had to go through, even though there was clear evidence against her.
