Since 2020 is Bianca Ingrosso Swedish ambassador for the Italian underwear company Intimissimi.
This means, among other things, that she gets paid to praise the brand in her social media and to be a model for the company’s underwear.
Bad conditions at Intimissimi
But according to a review by Aftonbladet’s 200 seconds the employees in Intimissimi’s stores work under miserable conditions. The newspaper has spoken to 12 people who testify about abuse, bullying, long hours and camera surveillance.
– It was the nastiest workplace I’ve ever been to. Terrible, very unpleasant. Lots of swearing. People cried all the time at work, says an employee who spoke to him for 200 seconds.
– You were very chastised and were constantly afraid, says another.
Bianca Ingrosso: “Working conditions are good”
Bianca Ingrosso writes in a text message to 200 seconds that the testimonies are not true.
“We have an ongoing dialogue with all our partners regarding everything related to the brand and the company, of which working conditions are part of this and of course an important issue for us. Furthermore, we have received information from all partners that working conditions are good, so also in this case.”
