Alexander Brouwer and Robert Meeuwsen won both their group matches at the European Beach Volleyball Championships in Munich and qualified directly for the eighth finals. Nieuwegeiner Meeuwsen and his partner took the group win by dealing with Poland’s Piotr Kantor and Maciej Rudol in two sets (21-17 21-10).
