Noël van ‘t End from Driebergen, also in the race to qualify for the Games, did not get further than fourth place in the 90 kilo class. The 2019 world champion lost to Hungarian Krisztian Toth in the quarterfinals. Through the retakes, Van ‘t End reached the battle for the bronze medal, but Alex Cret from Romania proved to be too strong.
