The most affordable towns are Vensac (2,613 euros per square meter), Verdon-sur-Mer (2,577 euros) and L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer (2,556 euros).

In one year, the cities where real estate prices have increased the most are Assérac (+ 7.4%), Saint-Denis-d’Oléron (+ 6.8%) and Saint-Georges-d’Oléron ( +6.8%).
