Brice Laccruche Alihanga evacuated to France for medical reasons

In Gabon, urgently hospitalized in a cancer institute in Libreville on the eve of his 3rd trial before the Special Criminal Court, Brice Laccruche Alihanga (BLA), former chief of staff of Ali Bongo, was evacuated to France on Saturday 15 June by a medical plane. Brice Laccruche Alihanga suffers from colon cancer which broke out during his four years of detention at Libreville central prison where he was incarcerated for embezzlement of public funds, money laundering and criminal conspiracy. One of his lawyers, Me Charles Henri Gey, confirms the departure for Paris of Brice Laccruche Alihanga. He is on the microphone of our correspondent in Libreville, Yves-Laurent Goma.
