Brentford overturned the deficit and won

The win was Brentford’s fourth in the last five games.

Tottenham took an early lead. Harry Kane scored the goal, already in the eighth minute. Right after the break, Bryan Mbeumo netted to equalize for Brentford.

With just under half an hour to play, Bryan Mbeumo netted again to give Brentford the lead.

The 1-3 goal came in the final stages of the game, with two minutes left to play, when Yoane Wissa pounced and scored. Wissa thus completed the team’s turnaround. That settled the final score at 1-3.

On Sunday 28 May at 17.30, Tottenham play away against Leeds, and Brentford at home against Manchester City.
