Utrecht – Researchers think that a new dialysis method, called hemodiafiltration, will definitely provide better treatment for patients with kidney failure. It would be more effective than the usual hemodialysis and more successful. “With this dialysis treatment, the risk of death decreases by 23 percent,” says UMC Utrecht. With this new method, patients are still bound to long and frequent treatment.
