Breaking news: Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico was injured as a result of an armed attack and was hospitalized.

After the cabinet meeting held in Slovakia, Prime Minister Robert Fico was shot in an armed attack in the town of Handlova, near the capital Bratislava.
The attacker shot Fico four times, one of the bullets hitting Fico.

Slovakian President Zuzana Čaputová reacted by calling the attack “barbaric” and stated that she believed Prime Minister Fico would recover.
