Brantford’s Winter Fun Fest Restededuled Due to Forecasted Extreme Weather

Due to the Forecasted Heavy Snow and High Winds on the Week, The City of Brantford, Along with its Partner Organizations and Vendors, have made the joint decision to reschedule Brantford’s winter fun fest to saturday, market 22.

Wilfrid Laurier University’s Brantford Campus has also rescheduled its purple and gold party at one market to March 22.

The Brantford School of Instrumental Music Presents The Brantford Memorial Concert Band, Which was Scheduled for Sunday at the Sanderson Center, Has Been Cancelled by Event Organizers and will not be rescheduled.

Family Day Activities Will Continue as Planned on Monday, family-friendly options available across the city.

The Wayne Gretzky Sports Center Will Host A Public Skate from 11 am to 1 pm, followed by a public swim from 2 pm to 4 pm admission for the public skate is $ 4.45 for ages five to 54, $ 4.10 for ages 55 and over, and free For Children Four and Under. Helmets are recommended for skating.

Regular Swim Rates Will Apply for the Public Swim. Wayne Gretzky Sports Center Facility Membership Holders Can Enjoy Free Access to Both the Swim and Skate.
