(Finance) – The American banking giant J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. has a potential share equal to 5.965% in the capital of BPER Bankan Italian credit institution that is part of the FTSE MIB. This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the transaction dates back to 8 August 2024.

In particular, 4,940% are voting rights attributable to shares; the stake is held through its subsidiaries JP Morgan Securities plc (5.23%), JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan SE.

A 0.034% is a potential participation in the form of convertible bonds no expiration date.

A 0.398% are Call and Put Options with expiration dates between 12/13/2024 and 12/20/2024.

A 0.593% are Call and Put Options with expiration dates between 09/20/2024 and 06/20/2025; Equity Swaps with expiration dates between 02/10/2025 and 02/10/2026.
