A 15-year-old boy is sentenced by the Hässleholm district court for having raped a girl and used her for sexual posing, Norra Skåne reports. He is sentenced to youth care with a special provision to follow a youth contract.
The boy, who has been in custody, must also pay damages to the girl, who is a few years younger, in the amount of SEK 300,000
He has admitted certain acts against the girl, but has neither been able to admit nor deny the crimes he was charged with because he was unable to place the acts in time.
“”It is clear that he particularly wanted to downplay what happened after he turned fifteen”, writes the district court in its judgment according to the newspaper.
The boy is convicted of two counts of rape against children as well as five counts of exploiting children for sexual posing and an attempt at the same crime.
