Boy died of reflective vest – Investigation is closed down

The prosecutor has closed the preliminary investigation regarding negligence to another’s death after a four -year -old boy died after getting stuck with the preschool’s reflex vest.

“Today I have decided to close the preliminary investigation because it is not possible to show that any person’s actions have been so negligent that it should be considered criminal,” said Chamber Prosecutor Anna Lundberg in a press release.
