A boy is suspected of having been murdered in Örkelljunga during the night.
Two minors have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
According to information to HD the boy was 16 years old, and was stabbed to death.
The boy was seriously injured during the night in Örkelljunga, but his life could not be saved.
– We were alerted to a fight between young people just after midnight outside at an underpass and when we got to the scene we found a boy under 18 who was seriously injured. Unfortunately, he died on arrival at the hospital, says Thomas Söderberg, duty officer at police region South to TT.
Several people were at the scene, which has now been cordoned off.
According to information to HD the boy is 16 years old and has been stabbed with a knife.
The police have arrested two suspected perpetrators, both of whom are minors.
– One of the perpetrators was arrested an hour later and the other just a moment after that. It is unclear which weapon was used, but there have been no firearms, that is all we can say at the moment, says Thomas Söderberg to TT.
