Many subscribers scattered all over France have complained about the breakdown, noting their inability to make calls or connect to their Internet box.

In response to this magnitude, Bouygues Telecom hastened to publish a post on X (formerly Twitter): “Following a technical incident between 5 am and 7 am you were able to encounter difficulties to use your services. Our teams mobilized to restore the network as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. We ask you to apologize for the caused embarrassment.”

Bouygues quickly went up in top trends on X, which became a source of anger and frustration: “The Bouygues trainee he touched what at 5 am”,, “Bouygues? Considering the price we pay you have an interest in quickly reacting!”Zero valve, I thought it was a national cyber-attack. But no, just Bouygues as usual “. Ending the fury on the networks, Bouygues Telecom announced the end of the national failure at the start of the morning. Some customers still cannot take advantage of the services of the company, the reestablishment of the incident being progressive.

What do we owe this national breakdown?

Following the general emotion occurred the questions. Once the anger is evaporated, many Bouygues Telecom customers arrested the company in order to learn more about the origin of the breakdown. Bouygues Telecom wanted to express themselves at Linternate, explaining that “Our teams were fully mobilized this morning. The incident is resolved”. The company quickly made its arrangements by ending the breakdown in almost 2:30.

Massive breakdowns occurring at Bouygues Telecom are often due to material problems, configuration errors or failures in network infrastructure. It is possible, in some cases, that such incidents are caused by large -scale cyber attacks, such as those encountered by X since the start of the week.
