Bought Daim – received an invoice for SEK 1,600
Days after the customer had bought his Daimchoklad, he received an invoice for a total of SEK 1,600. The reason for the invoice was that the man allegedly broke the kiosk’s rules that you are not allowed to eat or drink there.
SEK 1,500 of the invoice was because he would have broken the rule and SEK 100 in administration fee.
– They mean that I have bought candy in there and then eaten it in the store, but what I did was that I bought a daim and paid for it. Then when I went to the exit and was right at the door, I think I took the paper off – before I went out and started eating, the customer told Southeast.

Customer: “I feel threatened”
The customer considers it unreasonable that he received the invoice and has been in contact with the company through the email address that was on the invoice.
– They replied that if I don’t pay, they will proceed to court. I feel threatened, but I’m not going to pay and I’m going to contest this as far as I can. I will file a police report, he says Southeast.
