The scholarship is SEK 10,000 and can be awarded to both organizations and individuals. The first winners were Botkyrka’s night walkers and Julian Khalaf, who attended a mentoring program against violence and now lectures on the subject. In the past, he has mainly lectured at schools, but after the win, he also wants to visit leisure farms in the evenings.
– It is a very great honor to receive this award, especially since it is the first time it has been awarded. It also gives me more drive to continue, it is important precisely because innocent people end up in trouble, says Julian Khalaf.
