Borsa Italiana, the twenty-first ELITE class is underway with 26 companies

(Finance) – It left today with 26 Italian companies there 21st class of ELITEthe ecosystem of Euronext which helps small and medium-sized enterprises to grow and access private and public capital markets. The program born in Borsa Italiana, which has just turned 10, supports companies in terms of capital, skills and networks.

The 26 entrepreneurial realities come from 13 Italian regions and belong to different sectors: from IT services, to personal and fashion products, to consumer services. ELITE’s mission is to support companies by connecting them with capital and expertise to drive their long-term sustainable growth and provide concrete support to accelerate their development.

To date, with direct support from Elite over 220 companies have raised around 655 million euros through the Basket Bond model, 55 companies have gone public raising €3.7 billion, 119 companies issued 187 bonds raising €2.8 billion and 322 companies handled over 1,000 M&A deals.
