Borsa Italiana Claudia Parzani is the new president

(Finance) – The board of directors of Borsa Italiana, part of the group Euronexthas the current vice president Claudia Parzani has been appointed as presidenteffective from April 27, 2022. The appointment comes after resignation of Andrea Sironifollowing the appointment by co-option as a director of General (where he will also be proposed as chairman candidate on the slate for the renewal of the BoD that will be presented by the outgoing board).

Claudia Parzani is a partner of Linklaters since 2007 and, since June 2018, he is also the company’s Global Business Development and Marketing Partner. From November 2016 to April 2021 she was Managing Partner for Western Europe and, in that role, she was a member of the company’s Global Executive Committee and Chair of the European Committee. Additionally, she is president of Allianz SpA. And vice president of Borsa Italiana since 2017 and has been non-executive director of both companies since 2014.
